The most delicious cuts of turkey are medallions – two small balls of the finest meat located under the turkey's spine. They are easy to prepare for frying or roasting. The turkey meat comes from the Czech Republic, either from the Brniště farm or a farm in South Moravia.

- ¼ cup od olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tsp of oregano
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1,7 lb of turkey medallions
Yogurt dip
- 8,8 oz greek yogurt
- 0,8 oz Fresh chives
- Salt, black pepper
- Few drops of worchester sauce
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
